Manuals, FAQs, fact sheets, approved devices and a phone number that goes straight to a real Netcorp human.
The Netcorp EWD is free, and so is our support — but with one important difference from paid software: we don't promise response times.
Most answers live in the manuals below. Before reaching out, please check the Driver Manual, Operator Manual, or Record Keeper Guide for your role.
When you do need to get in touch, email ewd@netcorp.com.au and we'll get back to you when we reasonably can. We help with technical issues with the app — installations, sync issues, login problems, crashes. We don't provide training, compliance advice, or custom development.
If the app is down and you're driving, carry a paper Work Diary as a backup. Compliance is always your responsibility under the Heavy Vehicle National Law.

If you're a transport operator managing multiple drivers' Fatigue Records, you will need to assign a “Record Keeper” in your Operator Account. Only an Operator Account can create a Record Keeper account in the Netcorp EWD system.
Until device-agnostic NHVR approval lands, these are the devices the Netcorp EWD app is approved on. If yours isn't here, give us a call — we may have it under test.
Minimum requirements: iOS 12.0+ or Android 5+, GNSS module, active SIM with mobile data.
