A milestone we never imagined hitting in our first year. Thank you to every driver who has trusted us with their compliance.
Two and a half thousand drivers is not a vanity number for us. It is two and a half thousand people who read a set-up guide, entered a licence number, and decided a diary they had never heard of was worth putting their compliance behind.
What “verified” means
Every one of those accounts has been through activation: a current driver licence number that matches the physical card, and confirmation that the driver has worked through the driver manual before recording anything. The NHVR requires that familiarisation, and we would rather it be a real step than a checkbox.
It is a slower sign-up than it could be. It also means the number above is drivers actually keeping records, not downloads.
Still free
Nothing about this milestone changes the price. There is no trial clock running in the background, no per-seat tier waiting at some fleet size, and no plan to introduce one. The EWD is funded by the wider Netcorp telematics business, and that is the whole business case.
Thank you
To the drivers who called us when something did not make sense, and to the operators who put their whole fleet on a free product on the strength of a demo — thank you. Keep telling us what is wrong with it.
