Advanced Fatigue Management is now first-class alongside Standard and BFM. No setup required for accredited operators.
Our NHVR approval covers Standard Hours, BFM and AFM. Until this release, AFM operators could record in the app but were carrying more of the counting themselves than they should have been. That gap is closed.
What changes for AFM operators
The counters, warnings and countdowns now run against your accredited AFM limits rather than a Standard Hours approximation. The same alert ladder drivers already rely on — the half-hour, fifteen-minute and five-minute warnings before a required break — applies to AFM limits without any change in how the app behaves.
No setup required
The rule set is nominated against the driver in the operator portal. Once it is set, the app picks it up on the driver's next sync; there is nothing for the driver to choose and nothing to get wrong at the roadside.
Drivers who move between rule sets carry the correct limits with them as the operator changes the nomination.
Audits
Audit packs are unchanged: Reports → NHVR Audit Pack, pick a date range and driver, and the portal produces the format the regulator asks for — now with the rule set applied to each record recorded against it.
